The owners of Brockmans aimed to create a gin that was unlike any other. Selected botanicals are macerated in pure distillate for many hours until the essential oils and aromas are released. They use juniper, blueberries, raspberries, Chinese cinnamon bark, liquorice, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, orange peel, almonds and orris root.

Distilled in a century-old traditional copper pot still, the gin has strong notes of juniper and coriander, which are combined with juicy notes of blueberries and raspberries.
