Appleton Estate Signature is a blend of rums that matured in barrels for an average of 4 years. It is mainly characterized by notes of juicy fruit. There are notes of dried apricots, fresh peaches and a subtle hint of sweet molasses.
It is a great base for rum cocktails, but also simple mixed drinks.
This is an identical blend to the previous Signature Blend. The new bottle design highlights the brand's exclusivity and emphasis on the excellence of its rums, as well as the joyful spirit of Jamaica. The bottle remains faithful to the original shape, but in a more modern concept.

8 YO Reserve is the most versatile edition of Appleton Estate rums. It can be used in sophisticated cocktails, but it also tastes great on its own. It is characterized by notes of spiced fruit and oak, which are followed by hints of honey, vanilla and a characteristic note of orange peel.
This is a different blend than the previous Appleton Estate Reserve. A new blend of rums was created by Joy Spence to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Appleton Estate brand. All the rums that make it up are at least 8 years old, and thanks to a longer stay in the barrel, the flavor profile is smoother and more robust. In the aroma, you can smell more intense tones of molasses, oak, vanilla, spices and typical orange peel. Thanks to the higher strength - 43 % has a fuller, richer taste.

The new Appleton Estate 15 YO Black River Casks Rum is named after the Black River, the river that originates at the Appleton Estate and makes its 33-mile journey across the island. It receives several tributaries and then flows into the sea. This river played a vital role in the history of Jamaican rum and sugar production. Nassau Valley is not only the site of the spring, but also the source of water for Appleton Estate rums.
The 15-year-old edition highlights the Nassau Valley and its importance to Appleton Estate rums, which are produced from start to finish in this very place. From the sugar cane grown in the lush, green Nassau Valley, to the fine, limestone-filtered water of the Black River that is the heart of the rums, to maturation in the heat of Jamaica, the rum captures the spirit of the place and the passion of the people who make it.
Black River Casks has the typical characteristics of Appleton rums, with notes of roasted almonds and delicate hazelnuts, followed by notes of intense orange peel, rich vanilla and subtle hints of medium roast coffee and molasses. In the end, there is a delicate spice, soft fruity-woody tones and a long-lasting creamy aftertaste. This blend of rare, hand-selected pot and column rums matured in the tropical climate of Jamaica for at least 15 years. However, some rums that make up the final blend come from up to 50-year-old barrels. A 15-year maturation in a tropical climate corresponds to approximately 45 years in a temperate climate.
Joy Spence recommends letting the bottle sit for a while after opening to allow the rum to inhale before enjoying it – either on its own or with a few ice cubes.

Appleton Estate 21 YO Nassau Valley Casks. Appleton Estate is the oldest continuously operating cane plantation and distillery in Jamaica. Rums of a unique character have been produced here for more than 265 years and distilled in small batches in copper stills. Aged in American white oak barrels after bourbon. Appleton rum is blended by Joy Spence, the world's first female master blender, who recently celebrated 40 years at Appleton Estate.
Appleton Estate 21 Year Old Nassau Valley Casks is a tribute to Jamaica's fertile Nassau Valley, which has been home to Appleton Estate since 1749.
It is a blend of selected kettle and column rums, which are produced with local limestone filtered water. They do not add any additives to the rums. In Jamaica's tropical climate, they are aged in bourbon barrels for at least 21 years.
The resulting blend is an extremely elegant and complex rum, the exceptional taste of which stands out best when sipped slowly.
The rum initially has a floral aroma that gradually reveals a mature nutty character with deep notes of vanilla, fine orange peel, nutmeg, almonds, coffee and cocoa. It has a long, dry and delicious finish.
Appleton rums have a 300-year tradition. They are distilled in the longest open distillery in Jamaica, which has been in continuous operation since 1749. The distillery stands in the middle of a forest, the climate of which lends the maturing rums a unique taste. Distillates have been mixed here as a master blender for 30 years by a woman - the celebrity of the rum world, Joy Spence.
Jamaica is the land promised by rum. In the 18th century, it was the largest producer of sugar cane in the world. Local rums are stronger and are usually blended with lighter rums to achieve a balanced taste.
