This exceptional drink is made by combining Godet VS cognac and liqueur from three carefully selected varieties of sweet pears.
After blending, Godet Peardise is aged for six months in oak barrels.
Godet Peardise was invented by Jean-Jacques Godet in the 1980s primarily for ladies, but it has also gained popularity among men. It is best enjoyed alone or with ice as a digestif. It is also an ideal base for cocktails.
Godet believes that cognac can be more than just VS/VSOP/XO and that it is much more versatile than people think. Peardise represents a fruitier, more accessible and surprising side of cognac.

It is made from grapes from the Fins Bois and Bons Bois regions and is aged for 3 years in oak barrels, which is 7 months longer than the period required for a cognac to be called VS. It is a delicious, accessible cognac with exposed aromas. The aroma of fresh pear and vanilla is complemented by an undertone of leather.

Godet VSOP Original is a ten-year-old cognac made from a blend of grapes from the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois regions. This cognac is influenced by the wood of the barrels and the long time it spent in them. It is characterized by soft woodiness and floral notes. Hazelnuts and peach jam also appear in the taste. It is a delicious cognac that is pleasantly velvety on the tongue. Within cognac, these are the more prestigious regions that produce more distinctive cognacs. This change is reflected in the taste, which is earthier, more mineral and spicier.

Currently, 98 % vineyards in the Cognac region are covered by the Ugni Blanc variety. Godet cognacs from the Single Grape line are produced from the remaining 2 %. Rare, forgotten and excellent varieties that miraculously survived the disaster caused by phylloxera in 1875, and which the Godet family, together with local winemakers, have been cultivating for two generations, have given rise to unique, different cognacs.
One of these varieties is Montils. Cognac made exclusively from this variety is matured after distillation for 6 to 15 years. The aroma is characterized by notes of burnt wood. The silky, full, rounded taste shows notes of brioche, bourbon vanilla and caramel.

Godet Folle Blanche is one of the few cognacs in the world that is distilled exclusively from grapes of the Folle blanche variety, which today covers only one percent of all vineyards in the Cognac region.
The distillate made from this variety is rightfully considered a truly authentic cognac, as our ancestors drank for centuries, until 1870, when Folle blanche was replaced by more resistant varieties for economic reasons. This is an exceptional cognac matured for twenty years.
