Fill the glass with ice and pour soda, prosecco* and Campari in order. Stir and garnish with an orange slice. 1 part = 2.5 cl.

2 parts whipped cream
orange juice
a slice of orange

Fill the glass with ice and pour in the following order: prosecco, whipped orange juice, Campari. Stir and garnish with an orange slice. 1 part = 3 cl.

SODA

1 part CAMPARI
3 parts soda

Fill the glass with ice, pour 1 part (6 cl) Campari and
3 parts (18 cl) soda and mix. 1 part = 6 cl.
Negroni

1 part gin*
1 Cinzano Rosso
ice / orange

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing glass, strain into a glass over ice and garnish with orange peel.
